Where did you live in Wisconsin? I am way up north, at Park Falls. My name is Bob and I am a 49 year old Extra. I operate mainly HF SSB on 160-10 meters. I will post a picture of my shack in the station photos section as soon as I can find it. Congratulations on your new board. I will bookmark it and check it frequently.

Was interested in Ham Radio since I was a teenager. Cpuld always easily pass the written test (Passed 2nd Class Radiotelephone back in the 60s) but could never learn code. I was elated to find out that the Technician class did not require code. Got my Technician lisence last fall and passed General in May. Rag chew on 2M on way to work at 05:30. Made a few HF contacts so far. Looking forward to the bands opening up. Have a TS-820S, a IC-751, a Yaesu FT-5100 in the Shack and a Kenwood TM-241 in the car. I live in Euless, Texas and work full time for Citigroup. I do Large System Planning for a 100K Sq Ft. Data Center.

I am actually more of a computer guy and world issues guy more than anything. I don't really know much about Ham Radio, but I guess I could look into it a bit before I start talking to you dudes.
My name is AoD, an acronym for the Ace of Diamonds, my online alias. You can call me AoD, Ace, the Ace of Diamonds, I don't mind. Whichever one is most convenient for yourself.
I live locally to KC0ZZH, and know him quite well. We have played video games with each other.
I am a fan of technology, and love to take things apart and put them back together. I occasionally crack open my computer and take everything out of the casing to clean it. Those flippin' fans (especially the power housing one) get really dirty. I am also a master at network connections, adding hardware, editing photos, and all around computer maintenance. I also like to fix CD players and DVD players. I had to fix my CD players countless times, and only recently my DVD player. It stopped playing DVDs, but it still played CDs, telling me that it wasn't the lazer that was messed up, but the board inside. Too bad I don't have a saudering iron, eh? I even know where to sauder the wire back exactly.
I am excited for this site, and hope to bring you lads politics. I have an extensive assortment of political views, which I will outline here.
-Support Bush (He's smarter than all the people that make fun of him) -Support the War in Iraq (If we pull out, American lives would be wasted. That is horrific, to me) -Support the Constitution (Especially the 2nd Amendment) -Support Corporate businesses (Wal-Mart, Burger King) -Pro-Choice (Abortion) -Anti Homosexual/Metrosexual (Gays and gay look-alikes) -Anti Negative American Media (Liberals: CNN and MSNBC) -Anti Anarchists/Pro-Statists (Big government)
I am mostly Conservative, but I do tend to have small Liberal views here and there. For example, I am not a Christian, like most Republicans. I believe in Karl Marx's Dialectical Materialism, which doesn't have to do with language or cherishing things, contrary to popular less-intelligent belief. I support the Iraq War to the fullest, since I have freinds and family members there that don't appreciate the negative hype over here, due to Liberal media channels. That is just an outline, men. I intend to show you full blown what I truly am in the Political category.
Look up State Capitalist or Kemalism on Wikipedia.org to get the scope of things, if this wasn't enough for you. By the way, if I were to name myself a new party, it would be basically a Businessman's Autocratic Republic. I would name it the Corporate State party or something. Want to join? We need help with the name, although our symbol is quite well. Our representitive animal symbol is a bear!
Hard to believe I am only 16 years of age, isn't it?

AoD you seem very intelligent and up on things for a 16 year old. Most people your age can't see past their ipod or cellphone. Gotta ask you one question tho..if you are not Christian, how do you justify your being "Anti-Homosexual"? What non-religious basis is there for being against a certain group of people, most of whom are content to let you live your life the way you choose?
